Why Avoid Dairy Products?
The reason dairy products cause acne is because milk contains hormones that "turn on" oil glands. The milk-giving cows are pregnant and milk most of their lives. These hormones are not injected into the cows - they are natural hormones that cows produce during each "menstrual cycle", but during pregnancy these hormones are continuously produced at high levels and are found in all cow milk. What about hormone-free milk?

As soon as the male (androgen) receptor is open, the male hormones in the milk, from the ovaries and testicles, from the stress (adrenal) glands and from male birth control pills can reach the androgen receptor and turn on acne.
How long do I have to do this?
The No Milk Diet has three phases.

Women can also take advantage of another way to block the androgen receptor (male) by using oral spironolactone tablets. A prescription is required and most dermatologists use this drug regularly, either with or without BCPs.,
What about my calcium intake?
First of all, remember that there are hundreds of thousands of growing teenagers in this country and millions in the world who are either lactose intolerant or allergic to milk. You grow up well. It also helps to realize that cows have big, strong bones and healthy teeth, produce milk containing calcium for most of their lives, and produce a calf with their own new bones every year - but they don't drink milk or take calcium supplements in nature ( although if they are “factory milked” they are given dietary supplements).,
Much more important to maintaining bone health is making sure you are getting enough vitamin D - 2000 IU per day is usually enough.
